Does Free Edition expire?
Free edition is always free with no expiration date.
How many users can a free edition accommodate?
The free edition of OneDoc comes with a maximum of three user licences, one of which is for a guest user. If eSign or any action is used in the document, a user licence is required for the guest user.
What exactly is a guest user? Why do you require a licence for a guest user?
A guest user is a person (customer) who performs actions on the document you send through OneDoc, such as eSigning or keying requested data. A licence is not required for a guest user if the generated document is downloaded and emailed or physically delivered to the customer.
Is there a limit to the number of eSigns that can be added to a document?
No restriction on repeating actions, but each document template allows only one type of action.
Is the free edition adequate for my needs?
In the free edition, you can use a maximum of three templates (any business document) with any one action. An action is a function that any user can perform on a document. For example, obtaining an eSign, also known as an electronic signature, or a text, a number, and so on from the document’s recipient.
To send documents to one or more customers, how many guest user licences are required?
Only two licenses are needed: one for document generation and one for sending to unlimited customers.
Is there a limit to the number of documents that can be generated with the free edition?
There is no limit to the number of documents that can be created with the free edition.
